Hi, I'm Katie Pagel, trained Mental Performance Specialist and founder of Strive Performance.

The objective of my work is to support you in your pursuit of excellence - whatever you are striving for, I’m here to help you make it happen. Armed with a Master's Degree in Sport & Performance Psychology, I will work with you to build up an arsenal of mental skills specifically suited to your strengths and growth areas as a performer.
